Supply Classification (FSC) Group 70 and is for Information Technology
Professional Services.
General Information
GSA's Federal Supply Schedules are an
efficient and cost effective process to provide complete technical
solutions. When you place an order using an approved FSS IT Schedule,
GSA Contracting Officers have already (1) negotiated the contract with
the vendor, (2) determined the vendor's prices as being fair and
reasonable, (3) Complied with all the procurement regulations for
establishing the contracts, and (4) confirmed the the requirements of
FAR 6.102.(d) (3) have been met.

Ordering
To Place an order using TTG's approved
FSS IT Schedule:
-
If your order is under $2,500; you may
order directly from any approved schedule vendor
-
If your order is over $2,500; you can
review three price lists and select the best value (this means
consider items other than the lowest price such as warranty, past
performance, training, delivery, etc.)
-
If your order is over $500,000 you should
discuss a discount with us based on the services being ordered. The
GSA has established a maximum order at which customers can seek a
price reduction. At that price point or above, the vendor can offer a
lower price, offer the current contract price or decline the order.
Credit
Card Acceptance
A Government Credit Card can be used to
place and pay for orders. Any Government official holding a valid
card and operating within the constraints of designated thresholds and
agency restrictions, may purchase IT services under this contract.
Teaming
Arrangements
The Talus Group may team with other GSA
Schedule holders to provide total solutions for customers. All
participants of the Team must have an approved FSS contract.
Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPA)
BPAs allow an entire agency or group of
offices to receive the benefits of negotiated discounts, without
obligating funds until the order is actually placed. BPAs can be made
to last as long as the FSS Schedule (5 years). Further, the agency
does not need to make a best value selection for each order placed.
Latest
and New Technology
The Talus Group may add new technology,
services, and products upon review and approval of our GSA contracting
officer. Using this mechanism, TTG can assure that its services are
in line with emerging technologies.
