Through
professional experience at a variety of client sites, Talus Consultants
gain extensive systems experience by developing applications, managing
projects, evaluating emerging technologies, building data models,
supporting data analysis, conducting strategic system planning,
analyzing current systems, and providing network and systems
administration, analysis, support, and troubleshooting expertise.
All
Talus Consultants are full-time, permanent employees of TTG. Our employees
enjoy both "permanent employee" benefits and the security of
knowing that at the end of a current project they will continue to be
employed.
Talus
Contractors
On the other hand, all Talus Contractors are hourly employees that are
paid on a billable hour basis for the services they render to Talus
clients. As non-salaried employees, they are eligible for the
company's 401(k) when they become qualified, medical and dental
insurance plans, and life insurance.
