TTG is headed by
Georgia Barach, has over 20 years of management experience,
including positions as Executive Director of public assistance housing
organizations for women and children, Direct Personnel Counselor, and
Court Probation Officer. Georgia transitioned into the technical world
in 1996 by applying her management expertise as well as her human
services approach to TTG interviewing and sales positions.
TTG's Vice
President of Consulting and Contracting Services, Dr. George D. Andria, who has over 25 years experience in technical
consulting and IT management. His portfolio
includes six years as a professor and
systems consultant at the University of Pittsburgh, eight years of
advanced systems design work for Bituminous Coal Research (the R&D
affiliate of the National Coal Association), four years as department
administrator and senior technical consultant for a Fortune 500
manufacturer, seven years as a senior consultant for a systems services
firm specializing in Fortune 500 corporations, and six years as Chief
Executive Officer of The Talus Group.
TTG’s founder is Mr. Walter Conley,
who has over 25 years experience in the systems and executive management
fields in the Twin Cities area. Mr. Conley’s experience includes eight
years as an MIS executive in financial systems management, six years as
a manager and management consultant for a Big 6 accounting firm, six
years in banking systems/executive management, and ten years in
executive roles for systems service companies.
